Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was marked by a great location right in the heart of historic Merida, making it a must-stay if you're visiting the area. The room was a decent size and had great amenities like a powerful shower and an ironing board, though it wasn't as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. The service was top-notch, especially Henry at the front desk, who was super helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast was a mixed bag; while there were plenty of options, the quality seems to have declined. Overall, I found good value for money, despite a few hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely ideal, making it easy to reach downtown and nearby restaurants. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired, particularly with cleanliness and noise levels. The service was also a concern as the staff could be unprofessional at times. All in all, while the price is reasonable for the area, I expected better comfort and service.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found its location to be fantastic, just a couple of blocks from Plaza Major and right near Calle 60. The service was truly exceptional; the staff was warm and helpful throughout my stay. However, the rooms were a bit outdated and could definitely use a thorough cleaning. Overall, it offers great value for money, especially considering the breakfast options included, but the noise from the street could be a concern for some.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, which was located in a prime spot right across from Santa Lucia Park and within walking distance to downtown and great restaurants. The room I stayed in was a king with a balcony, and while it was quiet and comfortable, I found the decor a bit outdated. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, but the dining experience could use some improvement and the breakfast setup was not very inviting. Overall, I felt it offered good value for the location, but there were some aspects that could have been better.
The hotel has a great location, very close to parks and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for exploring. While the rooms are decent and of good value, they're a bit darker than expected and could use some improvements. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the service could have been more proactive. Overall, it's a good option for the price, but don't expect luxury.
