My stay at the hotel was marked by a great location right in the heart of historic Merida, making it a must-stay if you're visiting the area. The service was top-notch, especially Henry at the front desk, who was super helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast was a mixed bag; while there were plenty of options, the quality seems to have declined. Overall, I found good value for money, despite a few hiccups.
